ABOUT ABOUT

This class is especially designed to enhace any cosplay, costume, prop, or object you choose! We will teach you how to utilize wearable electronics with LEDs and sensors so that props and outfits are functional, interactive, and visually astounding!

In this course we supply you with a starter kit for wearable electronics, run you through the basics of C++ coding, and provide you with 3 basic written codes to make your LEDs act and react.

Your starter kit comes with the Arduino FLORA microcontroller, 4 Neopixels, a Lux Sensor, and all the extra stuff you need to put it all together!

Bringing a laptop computer is encouraged, but not necessary. You will, however, need a computer to use the Arduino program at home.

If you have an interest in lighting costumes, or wiring LEDs in general, this is the class for you! Learning to use the FLORA and Neopixels are multipurpose skills to have.
